Craft Buddy is entering the growing miniature collectibles space with Li’l Worlds, a new range of model kits and Book Nooks designed to broaden access to the category.
Launching at retail in September 2026, the line spans affordable price points and features build experiences ranging from quick, five-minute projects to more advanced builds that take more than eight hours. Designed for ages 6 and up through adult collectors, the range provides a clear progression path for entry-level and experienced builders.
”We saw a clear opportunity to evolve this category,” comments Craft Buddy Gary Wadhwani. “There is strong consumer demand for miniature worlds and Book Nooks, but much of the current market is either too complex or too expensive for mass appeal.”
The Series 1 assortment includes a mix of licensed and original designs, featuring properties such as Harry Potter and Hello Kitty, as well as in-house concepts. Formats include Mini Rooms, Scene Boxes, and bookshelf-ready Book Nooks, each designed with display and gifting appeal.
Li’l Worlds has already generated retailer interest following previews at major trade events earlier this year, positioning it as a key launch for Craft Buddy heading into 2026. “Retailer reaction to Li’l Worlds at the start of the year has been extremely strong,” explains Dan Ward, Head of Sales. “Based on the level of interest and the breadth of the range, we expect this to be one of our biggest launches of 2026.”
