Hasbro introduced the digitally-integrated Furby Connect, the newest product from the Furby brand. The Furby Connect uses Bluetooth technology to connect with kids through video clips, songs, phrases, and more.
The new Furby reacts to sound and touch, and speaks more than 1,000 phrases. It also knows what day it is, the time of day, and will say phrases that correspond to the different points of the day. With the Furby World Connect app, owners can use Bluetooth to play and interact with their Furbies. In addition, Hasbro has teamed up with Kidz Bop and Junkin Media to create music and videos content.
Furby Connect is available exclusively for pre-order at Amazon.com in pink and teal and at retailers nationwide beginning this fall. The app will be available for download on July 7 on the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
