Ryder and his team of pups will save the day once again as Spin Master announces that the fourth PAW Patrol film is currently in production.
The fourth installment follows prior PAW Patrol films, including PAW Patrol: The Movie, PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, and PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie. With directing experience on these films, Cal Brunker will return to direct the upcoming project. Brunker will also serve as co-writer alongside Bob Barlen.
PAW Patrol will return to theaters thanks to Spin Master Entertainment, Paramount Animation, and Nickelodeon Movies. Spin Master also names Paramount Pictures as the film’s distributor, with a planned 2029 premiere.
“PAW Patrol is a global entertainment phenomenon, and we’re investing in the franchise to give fans more of what they love,” says Vishnu Athreya, EVP & President of Spin Master Entertainment. “Looking to the future, we want to further expand the PAW Patrol universe through movies, series, specials, short-form video, and connected play to bring joy to the next generation of kids wherever they are.”
“PAW Patrol has a special place in the hearts of families around the world. We’re excited to continue the pups’ journey on the big screen,” says Jennifer Dodge, President of Paramount Animation. “Together, with our partners at Spin Master, we’re excited to bring audiences another adventure that’s made for the theatrical experience.”
“Watching the way audiences have connected with the PAW Patrol movies has been incredible,” says Brunker. “We’ve written a new story that we think audiences are going to love. We can’t wait to share it with the world.”
