The dust has settled following the second North American stop of the 2021 Hot Wheels Legends Tour.

Paul Kalenian of Santa Fe, New Mexico emerged victorious with his 2020 Lulu, a one-of-a-kind, street-legal, race-inspired ride that he developed and built in just seven months. Lulu will compete with other regional winners from around the world in the Hot Wheels Legends Tour finals later this year for a shot at being inducted into the Garage of Legends and being made into a 1:64-scale die-cast Hot Wheels toy that will be sold at retail as part of the $1 mainline assortment.
