Wendy’s joins forces with SEGA to celebrate Sonic the Hedgehog’s 35th anniversary. Through this collaboration, consumers and restaurant guests can grab Kids’ Meals featuring exclusive Sonic collectibles.
This collaboration blends delicious meals from Wendy’s with SEGA’s beloved characters. When guests order a Kids’ Meal, they’ll receive one of seven collectible character case cards. Each collectible will feature a different character design and five Sonic the Hedgehog trading cards.
With these trading cards, kids can collect their favorite characters, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Amy, Tails, and more. There are 35 to collect in the series across seven character sets.
To access these collectible cards, guests must buy a Wendy’s Kids’ Meal. Consumers can choose 2-piece chicken tenders, 4-piece chicken nuggets, a hamburger, or a cheeseburger. Each option includes a kid-sized drink with a side of Jr. Hot & Crispy Fries or apple bites.
Consumers can learn more about the collaboration and place their orders now through the Wendy’s app or on wendys.com.
