Moose Toys is celebrating the success of 2021 by serving up a preview of its 2022 products and conjuring up a line extension for its breakout hit Magic Mixies brand.

Following the success of the Magic Mixies Magic Cauldron which was recently named Creative Toy of the Year by The Toy Foundation during the 2022 Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards, the brand will expand with Magic Mixies Mixlings.

Currently seen adorning the cover of the Toy Book‘s February 2022 BIG Book (and on page 130 under “What’s New”), Magic Mixies Mixlings lead the charge as a new collectible range. Moose Toys’ extensive 2022 product lineup also includes the relaunched Octonauts brand, new toys inspired by Bluey, and the debut of the new Moose Games portfolio.

“We had a banner year with the introduction of Magic Mixies, as sales surpassed our most aggressive projections, even with it being available only from October to December,” says Paul Solomon, co-owner, Moose Toys. “We brought magic back into kids’ lives in a big way and will continue the expansion of Magic Mixies in 2022 with the release of new Magic Mixies Mixlings. We have so much more magic ‘up our sleeves.’ Mixlings are just the beginning. Expect to see a lot more from the world of Magic Mixies in the coming months.”

The collectible Magic Mixlings range includes more than 40 Magic Mixiies Mixlings characters for kids to collect. They are available in Single Pack, Twin Pack, and a Sparkle Magic Mega Pack (with four exclusive glitter Mixlings). Each pack comes with a collector’s guide and a magic cauldron that, when kids rub the gem and say the magic words, “Magicus Mixus,” reveals the Mixlings’ spell casting team and level of rarity. The wand reveals each of the Mixlings’ magic powers.

Additionally, the line will expand with the introduction of the feature-packed Magic Mixies Mixlings Magic Castle Playset.

On the gaming front, Moose Toys enters the category with Clipology, an interactive game from the creators of Scene It!

“Clipology is the only board game that streams — and regularly updates — real content clips centered around thousands of the most memorable moments from the world’s best TV and movie content,” Solomon says. “We also are doubling down on our preschool licensing partnerships, a top-performing sector for us. We will expand our popular line of Bluey toys, based on the hit preschool series distributed by BBC Studios airing on Disney Junior, and introduce a brand-new partnership with the mega-hot property Octonauts.”
